The main aim of this project was to increase the use of space in order to utilise all areas and create separate offices for individuals whom will be based there.

 

Rische Group collaborated with ZSpace UK and Territory Design to form an initial visual representation and concept design for Biz Space. This consisted of a new ground floor layout, configured by Rische Group in order to comply with Biz Space's need to acquire more space.

The adoption of new segregated areas which creates office space, meeting areas, breakout area and reception gives Biz Space the ability to attract new clientele and retain current entrepreneurs and SME's located in their space. After 12 weeks of great team work by Rische Group, ZSpace UK and Territory Design, Biz Space received their new North East home, on-time and in budget.
