Designed for people like you - landlords, developers and tenants - we've created our new specialist Cat A office refurbishment service to help you bring an empty shell up to a rentable standard.We believe we can get your building back on the market quicker and for less than anyone else. This unique service from rischegroup is 40% faster and 15% cheaper than many traditional routes. Our bespoke office refurbishment plan includes full project management and your own dedicated contact to handle your job from start to finish. We also handle all design and refurbishments, all strip-out and demolition and energy reduction and sub-metering and mechanical and electrical aspects. rischegroup can also fit new ceilings, raised access flooring and essential power as well as refurbish passenger lifts and reception areas. The package also includes refurbishment of all WC’s and any external landscaping. All health and safety and environmental compliance procedures are adhered to and we can do all this with a minimum of disruption to you – we liaise with you every step of the way to ensure minimal disruption and by overlapping phases of the project, we can make the space marketable as soon as possible. Ceilings and Lighting

All lighting installations are fully compliant with the latest regulation and lux level requirements. rischegroup also offer you an energy saving assessment as part of our service.
Partitioning
rischegroup will take care of all of your interior partitioning requirements from supply to installation, where you can choose from our extensive portfolio. This includes stud-work and plasterboard, modular de-mountable systems (temporary structures), acoustic partitioning, storage walls, feature walls and operable walls. We will match new walls to your existing installation wherever possible. All of your glazing needs can be supplied and fitted also.
Decoration
Our skilled workforce can also provide a full range of decoration from painting to digital graphics. We are experienced at wide vinyl hanging, creating feature walls and wall paneling, as well as feature vinyls. You can choose from our wide range of manufacture ranges.
Floors and floor coverings
rischegroup can provide all flooring in your fit-out from raised access computer floors and ramps to mezzanine floors. We will level your floor with self-leveling compound, strengthen where needed and finish your floor by painting, carpeting or covering with vinyl, timber or resin. More specialised needs can also be catered for - entrance matting can be installed as well as a full brandscaping service, tiling and anti-static computer flooring.
Joinery
Our bespoke joinery service includes hanging and replacement of all doors, including fire doors. Also included is the installation of kitchens, washrooms IPS and vanity units. We will also finish your build with hardwood skirting boards, complete all dry-lining and acoustic insulation and provide all signage.
Electrical and Data
rischegroup are a NICEIC approved company, providing fully trained and accredited, in-house electrical engineers. Our engineers can provide a full 360-degree electrical installation, floor box installation and buzz bars. Our team can install CAT5e and CAT6e data installations complete with hardware, as well as fibre-optic network systems and can fully design and document structured cabling systems. For your peace of mind, all of our installations are testified and certified upon completion. We also have more specialised services available – for false floor solutions, we can install electrak style systems which can be moved at a later date. This provides a total solution to your IT needs as it allows all relevant cable stack and routings to be re-used.
- IT electrical cabling – The usual requirement is for 4-6 power outlets for each double data outlet. By providing side by side installations, this will ensure you have every socket you need and allows all equipment to be used and positioned from the date of installation. Installation can be provided in floor boxes, power poles, dado trunking and mounted on ceilings as required
- Communications Rooms Installation – We are fully experienced. Communication room installers and can install powers systems for servers, stations, air conditioning, UPS systems and generators. We can split these into separate critical systems depending on your requirements. UPS systems are installed to back-up your power for your IT systems during blackouts and power surges. Generators can be installed off-site to provide an additional safety backup for your IT systems. We can install and provide managed support of your generator to ensure continuous running, no matter how long the power outage lasts
- Office lighting – To adapt to your office or computer room needs, we can install motion sensitive or time lighting. Lighting that can be switched on by individual managers can also be provided
Mechanical and Electrical (HVA)
rischegroup can provide and install all of your ventilation, heating and air conditioning needs.
Fire Detection and Protection
Fire detection and protection is something we take very seriously at rischegoup. Our service includes intumescent painting, dry lining, penetration seals and cavity and fire barriers. We also offer passive fire protection, thermal and acoustic installations, slab edge and sealing systems as well as ductwork encasements. We can also complete fire detection installations and modifications where needed.
