rischegroup provide a certified, experienced workforce in all areas of the building trade. As our workforce is directly employed in-house, we can offer a complete service for all maintenance and repairs from planned to reactive maintenance, and any minor works or re-modelling you require.Periodic Testing
Our team of fully trained, certified engineers complete all 12 monthly tests as required by law.
Electrical fixed wiring testing, inspection and certification
Since April 2008, all Commercial buildings over 2500 sq metres require an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) to prove how energy efficient they are. Our team of fully trained and certified electrical engineers offer an in-house, same day call out service to carry out an assessment – valid and certified for 10 years. Our engineers will also carry out all PAT testing as required every 12 months.
Plumbing and Drainage
Our team of plumbers offer a same day call out service, providing both a full strip-out service and the installation of WC’s, shower and kitchen facilities.
Temporary Security
Whilst your maintenance is underway, we ensure the site is boarded up and all fencing and hoarding is in a sufficient state to offer you complete security. We also repair or replace any roller shutters.
Joinery
Joinery services offered include door alterations, lock adjustments and replacements. All existing joinery is “made good”.
Dilapidations
rischegroup’s in-house, multi skilled team can carry out dilapidation projects at short notice. Because we directly employ the workforce, costs are kept to a minimum and we keep the program as short as possible.
Emergency Call Outs
All of trade services are available at very short notice. You need never be let down again or suffer a crisis as we will answer any emergency call-outs: electrical, plumbing, joinery and basic labour.
Building Fabric Repairs
We can repair those “little” jobs – gutters (including replacement and cleaning) pointing repairs, roof repairs. We will also fix your brickwork and blockwork, repair or replace security gates and repair any storm damage. We can even make good any damage resulting from break-ins. We also understand that you may want minor work and refurbishment carried out from time to time. rischegroup are happy to quote for these jobs as they crop up.
